"For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior: who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the Truth"

Sermon: "Qualifications to be saved"

1) You must be born of the flesh. You must be a man or a woman. "All men" means "All mankind". Are you a man or a woman? 

2) You must be a failure. A sinner. You must be unclean,  unholy,  unacceptable to God, apart from Him - neither knowing Him or His ways or wisdom.  Are you a sinner? "ALL HAVE SINNED AND COME SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD" therefore "All" are eligible to be saved. The only ones ineligible are the ones who don't need to be saved  - in their opinion.  So how about you? Do you need saving? Are you a sinner? If you answered yes  - congratulations! God's word guarantees you can be saved! Believe this in your heart and confess with your mouth "I'm a sinner in need of a savior"! Ask Jesus to be your savior. Ask him to sit on the throne of your heart - ask him to baptize you in his holy Spirit. Dedicate your remaining days to Him. Rejoice  - now, and again I say rejoice  - you'll rejoice when you die.
