You may or may not know, I lived in Ireland for a total of seven years. Whilst there i grew fond of the various "Irish blessings" i came across, such as 

May your neighbors always respect you

May God's angels always protect you

May your troubles always neglect you

and may Heaven always accept you!

So i decided to give it a go - here's my version of a traditional Irish blessing:

May our ministries never become our idols

May we never depend on religion for survival 

May we never bring the traditions of man into revival 

and may the Holy Spirit never become our rival!
