Jeremiah Chapter 50 KJV verses thirty nine & forty part two

"Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house" (Dt:25:9). We must all be willing to "esteem other better than ourselves" (PH:2:3), to "Look not every man to his own things, but every man also on the things of others" (PH:2:4). Like Paul, we should not be "seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many that they may be saved" (1 Cor:10:33). If we know we cannot help an individual to "grow up into him in all things" (Eph:4:15), we should be perfectly willing to send them to another ministry we know is approved of Christ. We should be willing to send them to another pastor who perhaps moves in a different annointing then we do, but that is needed by that precious soul Christ died for. God's ideal though, is tohave all five fold headship ministries working together in any given city so that the saints can receive of all these anointings without having to wander from church to church. I pray that soon we will see these true apostolic churches springing up everywhere. An apostle's ministry is entirely focused on building up everyone else's ministry. Apostle's, not evangelists, who are founding churches today should be just as eager to ordain and set in place teachers and evangelists as they do pastors. As an apostolic ministry we can say with Paul, "we will very gladly spend, and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved" (2 Cor:12:15).

"For the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light" (Lk:16:8). In the world, they understand that the purpose of education is to send the student on to the next level, eventually to graduate and leave the educational system, but in a typical church, they hoard the people, refusing to let them grow past the level they are at. There are 2nd grade churches and there are 7th grade churches and there are 12th grade and there are college level churches, spiritually. After a pastor and church has taught and imparted all they can to an individual, they should send them on to a church of God's choosing that can impart things to them they never will. Not that God might not choose some to remain, on occassion, to help with the work. The number of babies in the nursery determines the number of nurses needed to help care for them. But unless there is true apostolic and prophetic anointing, most churches simply cannot produce healthy, well-rounded christians because they usually focus on one are of doctrine only, because they are doctrinally centered and not Christ centered. Would Christ sacrifice your efforts to win and keep souls for others? Absolutely! Often, one plants and another waters. We are all co-laborers together with Christ, meaning Christ is the foreman, he's the leader of the building project that is the Body of Christ, therefore he can shift materials and supplies and laborers around as he pleases. Saints don't belong to you pastor, they belong to God. You aren't the shepherd of the flock, you are the sheep dog that obeys the shepherd!
