If the blessings that you receive
don't flow to those in need
If you hoard it just for yourself
like the rich, young ruler who wouldn't sell
all he had and give it away -
from following Jesus you will stray.

When you receive the world's money
pass it on to those God tells you to
Open your heart and home to strangers who
God brings to your door
Never ignore 
or neglect the poor
and you'll become rich in ways money can't buy
For you'll find yourself following in the footsteps of Christ
who only kept money to care for others
For his needs were all met by His Heavenly Father

So don't spend your days on getting more money but
rather set your mind on the wealth above
Yes, focus on the Son for he ever cares for you, ever loves
And he will never leave you or forsake you
So won't he, as a good husband,
always provide for you? Did he not make you?
Has he not numbered the hairs of your head?
Why would you then doubt what He said?
Take no thought for what you will eat or wear
for do I not for you abundantly care?
So like your Heavenly Father don't forget to richly share
for you were poor once before I took you in
and fed you and clothed you and cleansed you of sin

So be a channel of blessing that God can use
and you'll find you fit right in to Jesus' shoes
And you'll find you'll gain far more than you'll lose 
because pleasing the Father is our life's sole pursuit...

It didn't take the sun too long to get high.
Me? It's takin' a bit longer to reach the sky.
My flesh is earth but my spirit's air.
One's doin' it's best to get there.
In this life time stands still
whenever I'm doin' His will,
that at times seems to be
an impossibility
but to try not
is to rot
so I try
I try
to touch the sky
where purity becomes mine
purity of thought and mind.
Holy Spirit dwell within
that all that calls itself sin
may not overcome and win.
May my thoughts
be Truth wherein my soul is caught
that this life will not
be a waste of Your time
and mine
that the miracle of me
won't be wasted for all Eternity
because I refused to be
Holy. Selah.

Do not regret this life He gave
you - do not one day beg the
Truth you denied for so long
to have mercy -
Mercy He's extended to you
from your birth to your death
yet
only sought and accepted
after you've been rejected -
do not one day say whole-heartedly
"The miracle of me 
has been wasted
for all Eternity".

Everyday it's good to take pause
and give to the Lord our heart's applause.
Just take a moment or two or three
and rise up upon your knees
and tell the Lord you're pleased!
Thank him most profusely.
Praise him for this day you're living.
Be grateful that he's so forgiving.
Laud him with superlatives, 
sacrafice the calves of your lips,
in sincere adoration and worship.
Let your soul dance before him.
Tell him of what you're imploring.
But do not ever stop storing
up in your heart love and praise
for the One who's granted your days.

Blessed be the day
death tried his best
to conquer the One
who conquered death.
That all who now
trust in Him
the claimant of
mankind's sins
may follow on
to Heaven's shore
where sin and sorrow
are known no more
And knowing this
our soul's stand firm
for Heaven's bliss
(our live's concern)
is Jesus who (our)
death has spurned.....
Glory then be
to the magnificent He
who delivered us from
Hell eternally.....

Our love must extend beyond the pew
we're sitting in Sunday after Sunday.
We must open our hearts and homes too
that when we stand before Him one day
He'll say "I not only welcome you,
but all whom I touched through you and saved".

So, invite your neighbor sitting next to you
in that service, in that pew
to fellowship at home, too.
Invite that lost soul God led you to today
to come to your house for dinner
then listen to what they say.
Love must be active or it's not true love at all.
Clothe them, feed them, give healing,
prophecy, hear His call,
to go beyond the Sunday service
to reach those in Satan's web caught.
Make a beginning today, make a start,
for our words reach their minds
but our actions reach their hearts. 

Make the world a better place
with every day with which you're graced.
Do acts of kindness here and there.
Make your days a lifelong prayer.
Through your acts and through your deeds
become a servant meeting needs,
and be assured the Lord will be pleased -
for it is better to give than to receive.
Always esteem your brother more highly than yourself,
by doing so you will keep your soul in excellent .
Is not Jesus our humble servant king?
Are we not to emulate Him in all things?
