The Lord doesn't promise us he will deliver us out of the traps and snares the enemy sets for us, through men who are pawns of Satan. But he does promise he will be with us in every trial, be it fire or lions, nothing men do to us can separate us from Him - He is ours for eternity and that starts now. 

     Know you not you're already there? You're already in eternity, watching yourself here on earth, cheering yourself on from the throne room, wondering at the struggles and doubts you put yourself through, sometimes needlessly. 

     Listen therefore to your spirit, not your flesh - and you will pass every test. Learn to separate your spirit and your soul. One wavers while the other stands firm. One doubts while the other doesn't.  One is meant to lead the other - spirit leads soul, not the other way around. This is what it means to "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling",

     You are meant to learn how to disciple your own soul by submitting it to your spirit - for your spirit is in constant contact with Me. Your spirit has awakened but for many of you, your soul still sleeps. AWAKE O SLEEPER! Rise from your sleep! I am rising as the morning star in your heart, your light has dawned! I'm imparting ears to hear to those who desire Me, not flesh - theirs or someone else's. 

     Awaken to these truths - for I have so much more to reveal to you. Be no more babes, drinking milk only. Line upon line, precept upon precept, i will lead you and guide you into all truth. I'm increasing your knowledge of Me rapidly because you've been lacking in times past. In days of old you've relied on the arm of the flesh, knowing it cannot save you.

     Remember,  it is not by your might or power, neither your flesh nor your soul can save you - it is only by My Spirit- this you will see more clearly than you ever have before, My loved ones.

    You will finally learn to simply spread your wings of faith and let the wind of My breath lift you. Your efforts to lift yourselves have left you weak and often in despair.  Let Me breathe upon you and in you. I will sustain you in a dark and dreary world. I will bring you into that season of glory you have been hungering and thirsting for.

     Did I not promise those who hunger for My righteousness shall be satisfied?  You've been sickened by the righteousness of men - for you see it for what it truly is - an affront to My Cross, an insult to the blood i shed for the remission of the sins of many. You are sickened by this world's vain attempts to rule themselves apart from Me. They have become their own gods, emulating their father, Satan. I warned you not to eat from that tree. And they cannot save themselves - though they believe the lie that they can - OH MY CHILDREN! Can you see it? Can you hear the hurt in My voice? It grieves Me that even one soul I've crafted should perish! 

     Yet so many have chosen hell over My company and lordship. They are the blind leading the blind. They are as horses without reins. They are fallen stars, consigned to outer darkness forever, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

     The fear of Me must come upon men or they will perish forever, but how can men learn to fear Me if My own Church doesn't?  Hence, Judgment begins in My house. Then I will bare My mighty right arm for all the nation's to see, in this generation's sight. I will shake all that can be shaken, that some might awaken and fear ME. 

    Remember,  the fear of ME is the beginning of wisdom. Fear not what men can do to you, only fear the One who judges the quick and the dead.

 I was awoken by the Lord with these words - 

                                                          "ROARING TWENTIES"

   and He reminded me that the 1920's were known as the "roaring twenties" and He said the 2020's shall be known thus also, spiritually speaking . He was opening the eyes of my understanding yet again- here is what followed verbatim - 

"Behold, I, even I, the Lion of Judah, the First and the Last, the Redeemer of your soul - will roar out of Zion till the whole earth shakes at the sound. 

I will not be ignored any longer. I will awaken  men from their deep slumber for deep darkness causes deep slumber, but you My children will run TO Me when I roar, not away.

For you are My offspring- you rejoice to hear My voice as thunder resound over the earth till the uttermost parts turn their face to Jerusalem - My eternal abode.

This decade will be like no other, for has it not begun so? Yet still, I will harden the hearts of these last days Pharaohs, and I will raise up My deliverers who will survive the enemy's slaughter, SATAN! You cannot abort My personal saviors I have ordained since before you fell - for I foreknew your rebellion and planned for it - you cannot surprise or outwit Me.

My people, do not be afraid or dismayed as I roar throughout this decade - all nations follow My plans and My purposes. You will be My witnessess to the uttermost parts of the earth, then the end shall come.

Continue to heed My Prophets, continue in My Apostle's doctrines, let brotherly love continue. I will not leave you or forsake you, behold I am with you even to the end of the world."

Remember that the most prominent way God refers to Himself in scripture,  more than any other, is "Lord Sabaoth" - "The Lord of Hosts". In Genesis 2:1 it says " Thus the heavens and the earth were finished and all The HOST of them." The word "Host" in the original Hebrew is "Tsaba and the literal meaning is - 

            "A mass of persons organized for war; an army; soldiers waiting upon warfare in an attitude of worship"

My prayer for you, my fellow servant of the Most High in the Body of Messiah, is the same as Elisha's - "Lord i pray Thee, open his eyes, that he may see" and the Lord opened the eyes of the young man and he saw that "they that be with us are more than they that be with them", so fear not - those who are with us vastly outnumber those who are with them. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world!

I pray also that The Lord smite His our enemies with blindness - even as He opens the eyes of his people. Stand still and see the salvation of The Lord. Be of good courage, neither be dismayed - continue in the Truth, continue in the Way, and you will see in this life and in the next - the power of My breath.

You will not be disappointed, for the seasons long ago appointed are soon coming upon you. Have I not provided in My wisdom and foresight times of rest and refreshing  by My Spirit of power and might.

Have I not foretold of the desert's blooming, in days of old? All may seem barren to you - oh ye of little faith, but the desert you're in is really a womb - about to give birth to My plans for you - just wait - The bridal veil is soon lifted off My bride's face -  and all will know and all will see, the bride I've prepared and chosen to be with Me - your words cannot describe this beautiful bride of Mine - oh how she will outshine every other star in the heavens! 

As the brightest star drew near to Me, at the moment of My birth, so shall she, draw near to Me, at the moment of My return to the earth I once trod, as the Son of man and The Son of God.....

....and as I strode upon the earth as a man, so shall My Bride, match Me stride for stride, here in the Heavens.

That New Jerusalem - that spiritual city in the sky, soon to be revealed to those with dove's eyes, cannot be compared to any city made by man, no matter how grand. So, My people, flee your spiritual cities you call "denominations", yes, flee them for the New Jerusalem,  where I am king and I alone: for no one else is worthy to sit upon My throne.

It's spires are tall, it's foundation's deep, there is room for every saint who chose My will to keep.

Remember this then - 

In Revelation, (those with ears to hear), the first sin I rebuke is fear. Many of you are speaking out of fear, not faith, therefore the first gift of My Spirit you should be seeking is faith - once you've received that, believing for the others is simple. 

Remember also, one of the hallmarks of My true Apostles, and a prayer all of you should pray -

                       "Lord, increase our faith"

Yes! Pray this daily along with another cry of My Apostle's hearts -

                         "Show us the Father"

Pray these as often as you gather near to one another, as often as you gather. For if you see the Father, you see Me, and if you see Me, you'll see the Spirit I was anointed with - In our fullness lies your salvation, not just in one of us. Remember,  these three must bear witness in you - THE SPIRIT, THE WATER AND THE BLOOD, ( all three bore witness on the Cross). The Blood is not enough, without the Spirit and the Word, just as blood is not enough to keep you alive in your flesh, you need air and water. So it is with My Body.

Many claim My blood but reject MySpirit - they do so out of pride. Their hearts are high and lifted up, void of love, for My Spirit they resist is the Spirit of love. A heart fullnof pride is a heart in which I will not abide.

It is the lowly and the meek that My Spirit longs for and seeks. It is to the humble that I draw near for it is the humble who draw near to Me. This is the first reason I send My Spirit to abide in thee, to keep you in a never-ending state of humility, oh My loved ones, for whom I did bleed."

Finally, He woke me up a third time and pronounced these "woe" judgments- 

Woe to those who assemble together in My name but never with Me.

Woe to those who talk and talk endlessly,  but DO not. I warned about the house built on sand, not the rock, did I not.

Woe to those who call what I call evil, good, and who call what I call good, evil, for you are the spawn of your father, the devil.

Woe to you, who think you are true, yet are not - for you are wise in your own eyes, not Mine. You are weighed in the balances and found wanting.

Woe to all who reject and quench My holy Spirit of Promise whom I have sent, for you cannot become the Holy ones I desire to abide here by My side without Him.

 IT IS FINISHED!

LOVE SATISFIES!

LOVE OVERCOMES,

LUST OF THE FLESH AND EYES!

Lust is never satisfied

Always leaves us empty inside 

Always leaves us wanting more

Rots us to our very core

Love, however, satisfies completely 

Fills us, sups with us, so richly, so sweetly

Causes our hunger and thirst to be quenched

Leaves us rejoicing and forever content

Lust is a poor, poor substitute 

for the love God gives -

Lust is a poison disguised as a gift

The pleasure it brings

is a temporary offering 

that degrades and mocks us,

and gives us a bitter ending.

The only and all that gives us eternal bliss

is the love of our amazing God,

who's single greatest wish

is to be with us forevermore 

sharing a never-ending kiss.

So say to the lusts

that tempt your soul , say this -

It is over, it is done,

IT IS FINISHED!!!!

- The lover of my soul

who makes my heart smile

who brings me low

who walks with me through trials

For between the covers

I find the pages

wherein my lover

my heart engages.

To every word I'm listening 

for every word is dipped in

The love of my king -

sweeter than honey

than wine or money

Every other pursuit

O Jesus pales next to You

my sweetest of lovers

who faithfully,  intimately,  passionately

meets with me

between the covers.......

The Power of Three

 

I love how walking in the Spirit makes every moment of every day a potential Divine encounter with Him. I'm substitute teaching one day and there's a box in the classroom full of painted stones. I close my eyes and reach in and randomly pick one. This was written on it - 

                                                      "THE POWER OF THREE"

Well now, that got me thinking! Two is better than one but three is best! "Two are better than one...for if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falls, for he has no one to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat but how can one be warm? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken".

Throughout scripture and all creation God models "The power of three" - The Father, Son and Holy Spirit is the most obvious example.  The  very core of our beings naturally and spiritually, follow this example. Atoms are composed of protons, electrons, and neutrons. We are comprised of a spirit, a soul and a body. Jesus' inner circle was made up of Peter, James and John. Peter denied Christ three times and was forgiven three times. In the heavens we see the sun (Jesus), the moon (believers) and the stars ( angels). Our lives are composed of thoughts, words and deeds. "and now abideth faith, hope, love, these three". Marriage is between a husband,  a wife and the Christ of God. We are told, once we believe, to continue in 1) The apostle's doctrine and fellowship 2) breaking of bread 3) prayers.

It is my sincere belief that every church body should institute the power of three - "a plurality of elders" should make decisions that concern the body, with the body's blessings and input. Like our government in America, wisely composed of three branches (Divinely inspired i suspect), the Executive, the Legislative and Judicial,  no one man should have all authority and decision making powers in a community of believers. Three elders should model the kind of unity the Godhead share. Each should esteem the others more highly than themselves. All should be men given to a lifestyle of prayer and fasting, full of the Holy Spirit. All should agree on all major decisions, and money received should go to a "building fund" - not a physical building but to God's temple made without hands, his people. The poor, the widows, the fatherless and orphans should be well cared for. The elders should not take any money for themselves unless they themselves are among the needy. Those who work are never to provide funds for the lazy. All who teach should be willing to have their words examined and should always be open to correction and discussion concerning their teachings. While one is ministering, the other two should encourage and support him "but Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands  the one on the one side and the other on the other side." What a beautiful picture of God's heart for all ministry, indeed, the Father, Son and Spirit are constantly esteeming each other more highly, and honoring and respecting the other's ministry. And i will say this too - if churches would support the apostles and prophets like Aaron and Hur did Moses, the victory would be assured each time we go to battle. 

Two should act as "armor bearers" shielding the third who is ministering. All three should make continual intercession for the other two and for the body. Remember- an elder's primary responsibility is not to make all decisions, or even to provide direction and guidance to the local community of believers- no, their duty is to seek the Father's will, and express his heart, always. Amen brethren, amen.
