Part Two

The broken-hearted, poor, blind captives Jesus was sent by the Spirit of the Lord to heal and set free were mostly found in the local churches  - the result of submitting to the spirit of religion and not The Spirit of the Lord.  He did not have very nice things to say to local church leadership either. He rebuked them firmly and soundly. He did not mince words. He called them the "blind leading the blind". He said they were "white-washed sepulchers" - looking good on the outside but dead on the inside.  He called them a "brood of vipers"  whose father was Satan. He was perfectly willing to meet with one of them, if they came to him, like Nicodemus  but by and large the pastors of his day spent all their time and energy seeking to thwart him at every turn.  They sought to trap him with their clever questions.  They questioned his credentials.  They mocked and slandered him and his ministry.  They ridiculed his disciples and when none of that stopped him - they crucified him. This was not their first attempt at murdering him.

Make no mistake - he is rebuking today's religious leadership as firmly and as loudly as he rebuked them in his day. He is delivering and healing his people today, as he did then. He is unmasking all of Satan's lies and schemes and bringing light and truth to the many held captive in darkness.  He is using apostles and prophets today as he has always done - to fulfill the Father's will. 

Those who constantly harp about submission to them are being exposed  - for only those with the true Father's heart, who are submitted to the Father of us all, should be submitted to. They will have no fleshly practices, motives or agendas. They will not be interested in quantity but rather quality.  They will not be seeking fame or gain. Earthly wealth will not appeal to them - they will simply be desiring to raise healthy children  - pure and mature children of the Most High God  - who in turn are capable of being anointed and sent by the Father to birth, nurture and mature more childre - who are all taught to follow Christ  - obeying his will completely,  not their own or any man's. 

As big of an unholy mess religion is,  God is able to deliver us from it - but how will you react when he shows up in your church, in your heart, and says to you personally "come, follow me"? Will you choose to quit following man? Will you become a true "follower of Jesus Christ"? Or will you yalk about that time Jesus showed up at your church,  for years to come - even using it as a recruiting tool? Well  there was this one time, God showed up and brother, people got healed!

STAND FAST THEREFORE IN THE LIBERTY WHEREWITH CHRIST HAS MADE US FREE, AND BE NOT ENTANGLED (yet) AGAIN WITH THE YOKE OF BONDAGE "! 

"Now we, brethren,  as Isaac was, are the children of promise.  But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit  - EVEN SO IT IS NOW."

CAST OUT THE BONDWOMAN AND HER SON!!!

...have nothing more to do with them - they will derail your destiny in Me, saith The Lord  - till they steal your inheritance and rob you blind - you will end up blind to the truth of your own condition  - if you remain with her in your house - have no more to do with her, saith The Lord.  Cast her out I say! Whose son are you?  Selah.
