When you've made your request known
When you've laid it before His throne
Pause a moment, take a step back
You've given it to Him now relax
Be anxious for nothing - worry not
Just pause and reflect on what you've got -
A God who cares deeply for you
Who's aware of what you're going through
Who has heard the cry of your broken heart
Who is aware of your prayer before it starts
So now that you've prayed
Stand still in faith
and patiently wait
For He who began a good work in you
Will be faithful to follow through
to the end of the heart that loves Him
Faithfully
Stand still and witness for you will see
Just how awesome He is, how mighty
Only do not pray out of unbelief
Pray it once then give Him thanks
